The old medina — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — is dense, loud and unrepeatable. Twenty minutes away, the newer districts are quiet, green and built around courtyards.
For someone who still has to deliver work, that geography matters more than it sounds. You need somewhere calm to concentrate and somewhere alive to go afterwards. Most cities give you one or the other. Marrakech gives you both, close enough together that neither costs you a working day.

Yes. Morocco runs on UTC+1 all year, which is the same clock as Central Europe in winter and one hour behind in summer. Your 09:00 stays your 09:00 or becomes 08:00 locally — no standing meeting has to move. Morocco shifts to UTC+0 for the month of Ramadan, which we account for when planning dates.
Connectivity is the part of a workation that has to be right, so it is the part we test first. Every property is checked before it is used, and a backup connection is in place for calls. We publish measured figures for each property once they have been verified on site rather than quoting numbers we cannot stand behind.
