Teaching without moderating is a lecture. Moderating without teaching is a conversation.
Everything else we do is built to stay out of your way. This is the exception — a taught programme with a room, a schedule and someone at the front of it who is responsible for whether you leave with something you did not arrive with.
Most things sold as a mastermind are a peer circle: a group meets, everyone describes their situation, everyone encourages everyone else, and a moderator keeps time. That has value, but it is not teaching, and it should not be priced as if it were.
This is the other kind. There is material. There is preparation. Sessions are led from the front by one person who has done the work being taught, and the same person moderates what happens between participants — because teaching without moderating produces a lecture, and moderating without teaching produces a conversation.
It runs in Marrakech for the same reason the workations do: a room with thick walls and a courtyard outside it is a better place to think hard for three hours than a meeting room with a projector.

Together, or not
Add it to a workation. Or come only for this.
The two products are independent on purpose. A workation is your ordinary working week, relocated, with nothing scheduled on your behalf. The Mastermind is the opposite: a fixed room at a fixed time with someone teaching.
Plenty of people do both — a working week in Marrakech with one deliberate thing in it. Plenty of people do one and never look at the other. Neither is the upsell.

The Mastermind
Is the Mastermind part of the workation?
No, and that is deliberate. A workation promises that nothing goes into your calendar without you putting it there. The Mastermind is a separate product with a room, a schedule and a teacher — you book it on purpose, or you never encounter it. You can do both in the same week, and many people do.
Who actually teaches it?
One person leads every session — the founder of Digital Tuareg — and the same person moderates the work between participants. There is no rotating faculty and no guest-speaker programme. If that person cannot run a date, the date moves rather than being handed to someone else.
How much preparation is expected between sessions?
Enough that the room is spent applying the material rather than introducing it. The exact scope per module is published with the curriculum. If you are not going to do it, the sessions will still be interesting and you will get considerably less out of them — worth knowing before you book.
How large is the group?
Small by design — small enough that nobody can sit at the back and listen. The exact cap is published with the dates and is a hard limit rather than a guideline.
