For remote workers

Keep your job. Change your office.

For remote employees, freelancers, founders and everyone else whose work travels in a laptop bag.

Built for people who still have to deliver.

  • Remote employees with a company that measures output, not chairs
  • Freelancers and consultants between client cycles
  • Founders who need two weeks of thinking room
  • Developers, designers, marketers, writers, analysts
  • Agency owners who can run things from anywhere with a decent connection
  • Anyone who has been meaning to do this for two years

Questions

The four things you are actually worried about.

  • Will the internet hold up in a call?

That is the question we test first. Every property is checked on site and a backup connection is in place. We publish measured figures once verified — never estimates.

  • Will my hours still work?

Morocco is UTC+1 all year: the same clock as Central Europe in winter, one hour behind in summer. Standing meetings do not move.

  • Will I actually get work done?

More than at home, in most people's experience — because the day has a defined end and something worth finishing for.

  • Do I have to join in?

No. Everything beyond the house, the workspace, breakfast and transfers is optional. Always.

Everything is organised

You bring your laptop. We take care of Morocco.

Ten things that decide whether a working week abroad is a good idea or a bad one. All ten are handled before you land.

  • Accommodation

A selected villa or riad, chosen for shade, quiet and a courtyard you would actually sit in for eight hours.

  • Workspace

Real desks at a real height, with chairs that survive a full day and power where you need it.

  • Internet

Work-ready connectivity with a backup line for calls, tested on site before anyone books.

  • Airport pickup

Someone is there when you land, and there again when you leave. No negotiating on arrival.

  • Breakfast

Every morning, without you thinking about it. Usually somewhere with a view.

  • Transport

Getting to the things worth getting to, arranged so it never eats a working day.

  • Experiences

A programme of optional things to do, scheduled around work rather than over it.

  • Pool

The most-used part of the entire stay, and the reason lunch breaks get longer.

  • Local support

A person on the ground who knows the city and answers the phone.

  • Community

Other people who work for a living, in the same house. No name badges.

What this is not

This is not a business retreat.

  • No mandatory seminars.
  • No forced networking.
  • No coaching schedule.
  • No motivational sessions.
  • No programme you did not ask for.
  • No morning intention-setting.

Your work remains your work. We have no opinion about your business model, no framework to walk you through and no interest in your calendar.

We organise the environment. You do the rest — exactly as you would have done at home, only somewhere considerably better.

And if you do want to be taught — properly taught, with material and someone responsible for the room — that exists. Separately, chosen on purpose, never bundled into your working week.
