It is not a holiday and it is not a course. It is your ordinary working week, relocated.

No. Everything beyond accommodation, workspace, breakfast and transfers is optional. If you spend the whole week working and swimming and skip every excursion, that is a completely normal way to do this.

No — and deliberately so. There are no seminars, no coaching sessions, no motivational programme and no compulsory networking. We do not want to be in your calendar. We want to be the reason your calendar is easier to get through.

Other people who work for a living and happen to be doing it from Morocco that week — employees, freelancers, founders, people who build things. There is no programme forcing you to meet them. Breakfast and the pool do a better job of that than any icebreaker.

Yes. Morocco runs on UTC+1 all year, which is the same clock as Central Europe in winter and one hour behind in summer. Your 09:00 stays your 09:00 or becomes 08:00 locally — no standing meeting has to move. Morocco shifts to UTC+0 for the month of Ramadan, which we account for when planning dates.

Connectivity is the part of a workation that has to be right, so it is the part we test first. Every property is checked before it is used, and a backup connection is in place for calls. We publish measured figures for each property once they have been verified on site rather than quoting numbers we cannot stand behind.

No. You book your own flights, which keeps you free to choose your airport, your airline and your timing — and to use miles if you have them. We tell you the arrival window that works for the transfer, and we pick you up.

No, and that is deliberate. A workation promises that nothing goes into your calendar without you putting it there. The Mastermind is a separate product with a room, a schedule and a teacher — you book it on purpose, or you never encounter it. You can do both in the same week, and many people do.

One person leads every session — the founder of Digital Tuareg — and the same person moderates the work between participants. There is no rotating faculty and no guest-speaker programme. If that person cannot run a date, the date moves rather than being handed to someone else.

Enough that the room is spent applying the material rather than introducing it. The exact scope per module is published with the curriculum. If you are not going to do it, the sessions will still be interesting and you will get considerably less out of them — worth knowing before you book.

Yes. Companies book workations as a reward, a retention measure or part of a remote-work policy. The request form has a company path with invoicing details, and we handle the booking with your employer directly if that is easier.

Yes — either as individuals on separate dates, or as a group with the house to themselves. Tell us the number of people and the window you have in mind and we will come back with what is possible.

This depends on your country, your contract, the length of your stay and your employer's own policy, so we do not give legal advice on it. Short stays abroad are usually governed by an employer's remote-work policy — start there, and involve your HR or payroll contact, or a qualified adviser, before booking. We are happy to provide the booking details they need.

Entry requirements depend on your nationality and change from time to time, so please check the current rules with the Moroccan authorities or your foreign ministry before you book. We will confirm the dates and documents you need from our side.

Your laptop, whatever you need for calls, a European-to-Moroccan plug adapter, sun protection and one warm layer — evenings and the mountains are cooler than people expect. Everything else is easier to buy there than to carry.

Usually yes, subject to the house being free. Mention it in your request and we will tell you what is possible for your dates rather than after you have arrived.
